Brand Incubator is operated by Ghost Builder Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") based in Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

2. Information We Collect

When you subscribe, we collect:

  • Name and email address
  • Billing details (handled by Stripe, we never store card numbers)
  • Country and currency preference
  • Account activity, including community posts and digital product downloads
  • Communications you send us (email, in-app messages)

3. How We Use It

We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, process payments, grant Circle community access, send transactional emails, send member updates and product news (you can unsubscribe any time), and meet our legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with these processors only as needed to deliver the Service:

  • Stripe - payment processing
  • Klaviyo - email and SMS communications
  • Circle - community platform
  • Cloudflare R2 - digital product hosting
  • Vercel - website hosting

Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to anyone.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data while your subscription is active and for up to 7 years after cancellation to meet Australian tax and accounting requirements. You can request deletion of identifying information at any time, subject to those obligations.

6. Your Rights

Under Australian Privacy Principles and applicable laws (including GDPR for EU residents), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain uses. Email hello@ghostbuilder.com to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions and minimal analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not run advertising trackers on the marketing site.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, encrypted at rest) and limit access to personal data to staff who need it to operate the Service.

9. Changes

Material changes to this Policy will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
