1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to Brand Incubator ("Service"), operated by Ghost Builder Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not subscribe to the Service.
2. Membership and Billing
Brand Incubator is a recurring subscription. Plans are billed monthly ($149 USD or $249 AUD) or annually ($1,490 USD or $2,490 AUD). Billing renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Member Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, playbooks, templates, software, and materials provided through the Service are the property of Ghost Builder Pty Ltd or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own brand-building purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish our materials without written permission.
6. Community Conduct
Members of the Brand Incubator community (Circle) agree to act respectfully and constructively. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and self-promotion outside designated areas are grounds for removal without refund. We reserve the right to terminate access for any member who violates community standards.
7. Ghost Builder POD Member Discount
Active Brand Incubator members receive a discount code for Ghost Builder POD blanks. The discount applies only while membership is active. Cancellation or non-payment voids the discount on future orders.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we share strategies that have worked for us and other operators, we make no guarantees about the financial outcomes any member will achieve. Your results depend on your effort, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. Our maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
