Refund Policy

How the 30-Day Guarantee Works

All new monthly and annual subscriptions are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee starting from your first payment date. If you decide Brand Incubator isn't the right fit:

1. Email hello@ghostbuilder.com from the address you signed up with.
2. Tell us you'd like a refund. You don't have to explain why.
3. We process the refund within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
4. Your access to the community, tools, and downloads ends when the refund is processed.

After the First 30 Days

After the 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel any time from your account and you won't be charged again. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.

Annual Plans

Annual plans are covered by the same 30-day guarantee. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time. We do not prorate refunds for partially used annual subscriptions outside the 30-day window.

Texture Lab Pro and Other Add-Ons

One-time digital products and add-ons are non-refundable once downloaded. If you haven't downloaded the product, we'll refund within 14 days of purchase.

Ghost Builder POD Orders

POD orders placed using your member discount are governed by the Ghost Builder POD refund policy, not this one. POD products are made-to-order and generally non-refundable except for misprints or shipping damage. See ghostbuilder.com for POD-specific terms.

Disputes

If you're unhappy with how a refund is handled, please reply to our refund email and we'll work with you to make it right. Our goal is for every member to feel they got real value, or get their money back, every time.
